Pwllheli

North Quay, Pwllheli

In 2002, Proposed plans were proposed for Part of the Drill Hall, North Quay, Pwllheli:
It is the Council's long-term aim to develop the site, but in the short-term other use may be made of it. Part of the site was in use for storage and part of it was vacant. Apparently, Gwynedd Gas Supplies, Pwllheli, were looking for a storage site. The Drill Hall yard and part of the building would be suitable for them and letting would generate in come for the Council. As the Council had no definite plans for the site, they agreed to allow Gwynedd Gas Supplies to rent part of it on terms which would allow the Council to repossess it at short notice.

Part of the building is in use by cadets and part of the site by the local authority [2009].
